email within the next 24 hours, which will include direct hyperlinks to our
online computer based training as well as additional information on how to use the
software package.
If additional reference materials are ordered, they will be shipped
via UPS ground. immediately after the order is received. Arrival date for such packages vary
according to location.

The CBT software needs to be loaded on Internet Explorer 6.0 or
Superior and the following browser settings
need to be enforced prior to loading any course:
(In order to change these browser settings, you may open internet explorer,
then go to Tools, Internet opitons. A properties window will load).

A. Security Settings
On the Security Tab (second from the right), please make a click on
the button "Custom Level" (bottom-left part of the screen).
You will see a list of the Security Settings on your browser.
In that list,
please verify (and change if necessary)
that:
UnderActive X controls and Plug-ins -Download signed ActiveX controls
is set to enable. -Run ActiveX controls and Plug-ins
is set to enable.
Under Scripting -Active Scripting is set to enable.
B. Settings to Update Every time page is loaded:
On Internet Explorer, going to Tools, Internet Options,Under the General Tab, clicking
on the Settings button,"Every visit to the Page"
should be selected, under "Check for newer versions of stored pages".
